I’ve used Enzo Car Care for several services over the years ceramic coating, leather and fabric repair, PPF, rim protection, and window tinting for multiple cars I’ve owned. The quality of service has always been exceptional. However, this time, the experience exceeded my expectations not only was the service top-notch, but the hospitality, communication, customer care, and value added benefits, including discounts and a complimentary service, made it truly outstanding. I was recommended to use Enzo to add my full PPF and window tint to my new Porsche 911 by the car dealership directly. Before going with Enzo I phoned multiple companies to get quotes and I compared reviews. I was put in contact with Alaa and worked with her throughout the process. Her quality of client relationship management was outstanding, she answered a large number of my questions in real time, and made sure to meet me in person every time I came to the shop, and each time I asked for an adjustement on the PPF or Tint, they happily did so.
