I believe they performed well at a fair price and saved time; the technicians are skilled and knowledgeable. 20/07/2025 11:00am (they notified me that they had additional cars to finish today) I arrived at their workshop and met Mr.Babu , reporting that the Radiator Fan and Motor were not functioning, and I received my car back in the evening (sooner than I anticipated) after repair. Very honest and genuine mechanics. The techs they have are skilled, and reliable and knowledgable. They only replace whatever parts are necessary and charge very reasonable labor. Also you have no fear of leaving your car in their hands because they will not cut corners and will use OEM parts. So you will have no worries. I also respect that they do meticulous diagnosis by OBD and thorough inspection before deciding on repair. Which makes the repairs on point. So far I have brought in my Cadillac for them around 4 times and each time the issue was resolved to satisfaction. And the good thing is that they deliver on their promise and you get your car on time without delays or excuses. So I am actually recommending Al Sayarah to anyone who is seeking a good, honest, and professional workshop.

A very Dissatisfied customer. 1) Never delivered what they promised. 2) Cheap quality paint work done. A full body paint was done and in less than 4 months, the paint started wearing off. Contacted Mr Jacob and he simply ignored all complaints, Being an owner his reaponsed showed how he treats his customers. 3) All mechanical work they had done had to be redone at Mazda Service center again, double the cost. 4) Every time a repair was needed they asked to teplace parts as it was th easiest for them, never worried if the customer can afford it. 5) Highest labor charges among all service centers I have been, but the worst quality of service among them. 6) Other than a very young chap who actually daid, their owner is money minded and I must take my car elsewhere ASAP, everyone was interested in looting a customer. I raised a complaint with DED for their service quality and response.
