The repair work was excellent. The damaged rear bumper looks brand new, and the trunk—previously dented—has been fully restored to a smooth, like-new condition. The paint quality is flawless. My service advisor, Samsudeen, was very friendly and professional. He provided outstanding service throughout the process. Also, the office of Exotic Auto Workshop is very clean and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

it’s a nice looking garage, with waiting area, but they don’t allow customers to go in with their cars. i’ve tried them out once, dropped my car on a friday morning for full inspection, they found out what’s wrong but gave me the quote 1-2 days later, why? oh we’re checking. when they got the part, they took 1 more day to work on my car, because they didn’t put effort to get the part earlier. i was contacting Rani when my car was with them, he ALWAYS replies late, and sometimes never replies at all. why must i chase after an update of my car???? their labour charges are higher than usual. i had to spend a full weekend without my car. from friday morning up until monday. 👎🏼
