I had a problem with my car's tensioner. When they opened my car they found bolts were not correct and were difficult to remove so it will take time. So he informed repair will be complete next day with certain amount and we agreed. But once they will start another problem and after I agree then another problem, it keeps on increasing. Therefore at the end I've to pay almost three times of the initial estimate. After all this when they told me car is ready and they sent me videos that car is running well, 10 mins later I got another video that car has problem in water pump and it broke. Initially few hours job become 4 days job. After 2 days of driving my car I was about to have an accident when I was driving on Al khail road when suddenly I heard a loud noise and saw something flying into air. And when I stopped I saw a cover over the front tyre came out. When I told him about this he don't take responsibility for his works and tried to put it on me that I've driven car in rain which I never did. They don't give quotation or bills. They say bill will come after one week from there suppliers! I've to wait for the bill for a week because of the suppliers even after I pay all? Even after a week they did not give anything. They are unprofessional and don't know what is courtesy.
