Good service, very friendly, fast in responding, free home delivery. Ashik helped me with this first experience with Royal Tech. Regular service is fair priced. Repairs are expensive. Parts prices are excessive. They could be more accurate. In my case they forgot to mount back small parts. Be sensible with the video report. They mention issues which are perfectly fine but cost a lot to replace/repair.
