absolutely bogus and cheat people they visited our warehouse for a battery issue. The battery was dried out so the technician added the water and informed that this will get the work going for now. this was to give us time to make a purchase decision and we paid AED 300 for this. the very next Saturday the battery is dead. asked the technician to come have a look he says we need to pay additional charges for this. aside to fixing the what we already paid for this gentleman is asking me if he can get a new battery for replacement. called the office to lodge the complaint the lady is cherry on the icing says she does not have time for this!!!! says the work is very small for her time.. so our AED 300 is not good for enough for them. i asked ok give me the money back as the battery is not working she says not possible what rubbish attitude !! not worth the star as without that i could not post this experience on the review.

The forklift we brought 6 other technicians and no one could fix, was fixed in the simplest , most efficient and cost effective. He knows exactly what is he doing. We were all cheering up in the company. Thank you 🙏
