Their landscaping work looked promising on the page so I tried them but had a bad experience with them in the design phase where they did not deliver simple drawings for my villa in Jubail. I had paid full amount for the drawings even. Would anyone consider them for actual work when they cannot even deliver a simple drawing on time. I would go see their actual projects in person if anyone is considering them for a full landscape contracting work.

I had a truly terrible experience with this gardening service. Not only were they overpriced, but they did not do the job properly and the labor was unprofessional. When I contacted their customer service to express my concerns, I was met with poor customer service and no resolution to my issues. Firstly, the price they charged for their services was way too high (400 Dhs for 4 visits: 15 Minutes watering only ), especially considering the poor quality of work they provided. They did not complete the job to my satisfaction, leaving weeds and debris all over my garden. Moreover, the labor they sent was unprofessional and seemed to lack basic knowledge about gardening. They didn't handle the tools properly and caused more damage to my plants than necessary. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction to their customer service, I was met with dismissive responses. They refused to offer any compensation or solutions to the problems. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone looking for gardening services to avoid this company at all costs. The high prices, poor quality of work, unprofessional labor, and terrible customer service make for a truly terrible experience.

I am currently using this company to build a swimming pool in Rahba, the service is terribly poor. They don't show up to finish their work. All dimensions have huge mistakes. The owner keeps giving false promises. I would never consider using them again. And they never do any housekeeping. The labors have zero safety considerations.
