I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service and communication we have recently experienced from your office and technical team. Initially, our pest control appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM. However, it was later rescheduled to 3:00 PM. Throughout the day yesterday, we received multiple calls—four in total—from different representatives attempting to reconfirm the appointment. Despite this, at 5:00 PM today, we were informed that the technicians would not be coming because they had contacted the wrong number and made no further effort to verify the correct contact details. This lack of coordination and attention to detail is extremely frustrating. We had already prepared our home for the service, with our belongings moved and scattered throughout the space, anticipating the appointment!!!!!!!

We are extremely disappointed with the pest control service provided by this company. We hired them as a precautionary measure for our villa, but instead of reducing the cockroach problem, the situation worsened significantly within just a week. When we reached out to their customer service to report the issue, we were told that there would be a one-week waiting time for a follow-up visit — which is completely unacceptable given the urgency of the matter. This kind of response shows a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and poor after-service support. We expected professional and effective service, but unfortunately, this experience has been very frustrating.

I had a great experience with Akkad Pest Control. They were prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. We had an issue with ants and a few cockroaches, and after their visit, we noticed a huge improvement within a couple of days. The technician was friendly, wore protective gear, and made sure everything was safe for our pets. Highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable and effective pest control!

I had pest control by Sher. Excellent service. He inspected all our villa well and applied the appropriate treatments for termites and ants. Very professional and informative service. I would Highly recommend Sher for any treatment. Polite and very helpful/respectful.

UPDATE 28/11/24 Four sessions done now, Engineer came inspected again same thing spray and jel and as usual no results, same roaches roaminga all over kitchen and washroom. I think their Jel is not working. They tried but its not effective. So final rating i am giving 3 stars that too for the follow up, problem still persists. UPDATE 27/10/24 Re-rating. As this is now the 3rd time i am doing the usual spray and gel thing with you guys. But still roaches re-appear in a week. Followed every instructions by the team still i dont understand. Either ur gel is completely ineffective as not even tasted by them or you didn’t find the root cause 29/10/24 Representitive contacted me and assured the problem ll be solved. I ll update once i m al satisfied
