Disappointed with Service Quality and Professionalism We hired this company for pest control (AED 200) and deep cleaning (AED 500). Initially, they informed us that pest control had to be done first, followed by a 3-hour wait before deep cleaning, which would then take around 5 hours. However, based on our apartment security’s records, they started pest control at 1:30 PM and began deep cleaning at 3:50 PM, finishing everything by 6:00 PM — well under the promised time. We were not at home during the service, and upon return, we noticed that the pest control gel had not been applied, and the cleaning was poorly done. We sent them photos as proof, but they initially refused to redo the work and even asked for additional payment. After insisting that the job had not been completed as agreed, they came the next day but only spent around 30 minutes finishing up. Moreover, the deep cleaning did not include basic tasks like sofa or carpet cleaning, nor was any steam cleaning done — all of which are usually included with other companies like Urban Company, often for a similar price. Overall, we’re very disappointed with both the service quality and the way the employees handled the situation. Not recommended.
